Stunning dash cam footage has risen of a little child meandering on a bustling roadway in the wake of disappearing from it's mum and father.

The Lincoln County Sheriff's administrative center in Oregon common the footage from January 9 on its Facebook page this week to highlight the perils of occupied driving.

Agent Jeremy Gautney was going on US Route 101 when he was shocked to find the little child running down the center of the interstate in his path of travel," Lt. Curtis Landers said in the video.Gautney rapidly ground to a halt and saved the kid from the peril of passing drivers.

It turns out the two-year-old got away through an open entryway and ran straight toward the interstate while the family was tidying up after a get-together at an adjacent group focus, Landers said.

"We share this video as an indication of how rapidly things can turn out badly and the peril and potential consequence of occupied driving," Landers said.

The occurrence was researched completely and "no criminal allegations will be conveyed to the gatherings included," he included.
